"We engaged Fanning Construction to remodel our existing kitchen/dining room/sun room. We had architect drawings prepared and based on these, Stephen provided a detailed costing and took us through all the elements involved. At the time, material costs were rapidly rising and he was able to explain this situation and potential end cost impact.
Stephen remained the primary point of contact from start to finish and was always contactable and quickly responded to any queries or adjustments/new requirements.
The majority of the work was completed by Stephen and his immediate team, with some work sub contracted e.g. plumbing, electrics etc. He was also able to recommend a kitchen fitter that he regularly works with and whom we ended up using.
The work was completed per schedule, to a high standard and within agreed budget.
