We had architect drawings prepared and based on these, Stephen provided a detailed costing and took us through all the elements involved. At the time, material costs were rapidly rising and he was able to explain this situation and potential end cost impact. Stephen remained the primary point of contact from start to finish and was always contactable and quickly responded to any queries or adjustments/new requirements.
